By accessing or using EngineersPrep ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use EngineersPrep
  • EngineersPrep is intended for users located in the United States

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware of such use, we may suspend or delete the account and associated data.

3. Accounts & Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Account sharing is strictly prohibited
  • Single-session enforcement may be applied
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise platform security.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

  • EngineersPrep operates on a subscription-based model
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe
  • All payments are final
  • NO refunds are provided under any circumstances, including partial use, non-use, or dissatisfaction

    • By completing a purchase, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected subscription plan.

    5. Platform Content & Intellectual Property

    a. Ownership

    All content provided on EngineersPrep—including but not limited to videos, questions, explanations, text, graphics, and materials—is owned by EngineersPrep or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

    b. Limited License

    You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access platform content solely for personal, non-commercial educational use.

    c. Restrictions

    You may not:

    • Copy, redistribute, resell, or sublicense content
    • Scrape, download, or reproduce content at scale
    • Share access credentials or allow third-party access

    Violation may result in immediate account termination and may subject you to legal action.

    6. User-Generated Content

    You may submit comments, feedback, or images.

    By submitting content, you grant EngineersPrep a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, display, modify, moderate, and remove such content.

    EngineersPrep reserves the sole right to remove or delete any user-generated content at any time, for any reason, or no reason, without notice or explanation, including content that is offensive, racist, abusive, illegal, or disruptive.

    7. Educational & Professional Disclaimer

    All content provided on EngineersPrep is for educational and informational purposes only.

    We do not guarantee exam results, licensure, academic performance, employment outcomes, or career advancement.

    Content on the Platform does not constitute professional engineering, legal, academic, or licensing advice.

    8. Platform Changes & Availability

    EngineersPrep reserves the right to:

    • Modify, update, or remove content
    • Change features or functionality
    • Adjust pricing or subscription structure
    • Suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform

    Such changes may occur at any time without prior notice.

    9. Updates to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.

    Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

    10. Prohibited Conduct

    You agree not to:

    • Share accounts or bypass access controls
    • Upload abusive, racist, illegal, or infringing content
    • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Platform
    • Interfere with Platform security or operations

    11. Suspension & Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion for:

    • Violations of these Terms
    • Misuse of the Platform
    • Security or operational concerns

    Termination may occur without prior notice.

    12. DMCA & Copyright Reporting

    If you believe content on EngineersPrep infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to both:

    • Include sufficient detail to identify the allegedly infringing material.

    13. Force Majeure

    EngineersPrep shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to cloud outages, cyber incidents, natural disasters, or regulatory changes.

    14. Assignment

    EngineersPrep may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets without restriction.

    15. No Waiver

    Failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

    16. Severability

    If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

    17. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, EngineersPrep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Platform.

    18. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
